Refined, silky nose of pineapple and Asian pear, this wine opens on the palate with flavors of guava and just a hint of lemon tart. It boasts a smooth, elegant balance of acid and subtle limestone, with a clean, caramel finish that lightly lingers. Layered and complex enough to enjoy on its own, yet soft enough to explore with a variety of dishes such as crab cakes and steamed vegetables, or roasted chicken with mushroom risotto.
